Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Knowsley
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Days) / 6:00pm – 6:00am (Nights)

We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Production Operatives to join our clients team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and other power tools

• Carry out quality checks and maintain high production standards

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

• Support the team in meeting daily targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a factory or production environment, ideally on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern

• Physically fit and able to handle long 12-hour shifts

• Comfortable working both day and night shifts as part of a rotating schedule

• Confident using basic tools such as drills and screwdrivers

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Due to early shift times and limited public transport, own transport is highly preferred
